I am a firm believer in bentonite clay and its healing properties. Applying bentonite clay as a facial mask can tighten your skin and illuminate your face. Use clay at least one time a week. Too many applications may draw excessive amounts of trace minerals out of your skin which is essential.

  1. Add water to the raw clay form till it forms into a paste.
  1. Apply the paste as a mask to your face, avoiding the eyes and mouth, and let dry. You will feel a strong pulling sensation.

  2. Rinse off, and notice smaller pores, a more even skin tone, and a healthy glow.

Using the clay masks can help treat symptoms that are linked to acne and also may reduce progressive skin conditions.
