Anemia Linked To Anxiety

A deficiency in vitamin B12 may result in pernicious anemia or neuritis (inflammation or degeneration of a nerve). To overcome this, you can either take a vitamin B12 supplement, or include chlorella. Most of us have impaired digestion as this limits your body’s ability to absorb all the nutrients from the living vegetables. Anemia itself can also cause anxiety as a symptom. The likelihood of reducing symptoms of nutritional imbalances are highly effective by getting the utmost nutrients our bodies need. See lists of foods below containing high levels of B12.
