Healing Tea’s Known To Treat Nausea & Sickness

Common factors that deal with nausea and sickness are rooted from poor digestion and can often be caused by weakened immune system which usually encompasses poor gut function. Herbal tea’s have been used for centuries to treat different symptoms related to nausea & sickness such as upset stomach, vomiting, motion sickness, pregnancy, and more severe cases like going through chemotherapy. Anxiety is often triggered by these symptoms and symptoms can amplify. For example, cinnamon’s healing properties are known to reduce yeast production (candida albicans), the fungus responsible for yeast infections and urinary-tract infections.
