Drink At Least 8 Glasses Of H2O A DayDon’t be a fish out of water! Staying properly hydrated is such an important element to help speed up the detoxification process of your body and increase vitality. Drinking water from the tap can be slightly acidic with a low pH containing traces of pesticides, heavy metals, fluoride and other unknown chemicals that are linked to cancer. It’s best to drink purified water or high alkaline water.

Healthy Tip: Drink alkaline water because it contains ionizers, which are then converted into energy.

Are You Getting Enough Water Intake?

  • You should drink half your body weight in liquid oz per day.
  • Symptoms of dehydration closely mimic hunger. Save yourself the calories and reach for some water!

DIY: How To Make Alkaline H20

Ingredients:

1 lemon (juice)
1/2 cucumber
1/4 inch fresh ginger root
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves

Instructions:

  1. First, peel and mince the ginger root, slice the lemon, mint leaves, and cucumber, add all the ingredients in the water.
  2. Use the same ingredients up to 3 days.
  3. Drink it on the empty stomach fist thing when you get up in the morning to get good results.
