(EMF’s) Raise Health Concerns & How To Protect Yourself

(EMF's) Raise Health Concerns & How To Protect Yourself  Surrounding our entire environment, neighboring cities, and near our homes we are exposed to powerfully active transmitters such as power lines and cell sites (cell phone towers) with large antennas. Electricity is essentially passing through your electronic devices, and cell towers are communicating with your electronic devices in order for it to receive cellular data or the proper signal. These powerful transmitters are also emitting powerful and potentially harmful electronic magnetic frequencies (EMF’s) that are known to have negative effects on biological organisms.

Cell Towers (EMF’s)

Cell towers are powerful enough to penetrate brick or metal. Powerful microwaves from cell phone towers are also known to cover a 45 mile radius. One of the most hazardous cell sites are cell phone towers, which are usually seen on top of buildings are known as mobile towers.

Electromagnetic Field (EMF) Exposure Response Chart

Based on the current data for EMF exposure in residential distance to transmitter, a majority of negative health responses significantly increased within a (10-50) mile radius. Electronic devices and cell phone radio waves generate a 40% increase in the activity of the cancer-related enzyme ODCI.

Negative Effects From EMF’s

  • Cognitive decline
  • Migraines
  • Vitamin D deficiency
  • Cardiovascular stress
  • Low sperm count
  • Birth defects
  • Cancer
  • Tumors
  • Breast cancer
  • Increases of lymphocyte site
  • Decrease of melatonin
  • Sleep disturbance
  • Nausea
  • Neurological disruptions
  • Loss of appetite
  • Skin issues
  • Acne

Early History Unveiled EMF Health Risks

An online article called, “What Are Safe EMF Levels”, suggests that EMF’s are known to be very dangerous to our health, especially those directly exposed to high levels of EMF’s.

In the 1920’s, men and women suffered from various health disturbances while serving in the Soviet Union. The workers that were exposed to radiation during this time had higher health risks. Serious health concerns of the workers during this time were heart disease, blood pressure change, chronic depression, stress, fatigue and migraine headaches.

An electronic source called, “Pineal melatonin level disruption in humans due to electromagnetic fields and ICNIRP limits”, supports low-level exposure to (50-60) hertz EMF’s hinder the production of melatonin and disrupt the pineal gland’s regulatory functions. Women are at higher risk of getting breast cancer due to lack of melatonin production.

Protecting Yourself From EMF Exposure

  • Use Airplane Mode when not using your device or at bedtime
  • Turn off device when not using or at bedtime
  • Dont carry your phone in your pocket
  • Remove Wifi routers and electronics from bed room
  • Turn off Wifi routers and electronics if not in use
  • Resort to texting over calling to avoid unnecessary radiation exposure
  • Use an EMF proof headset
  • Use speaker phone
  • Sleep on non-metal bed and mattress

We are surrounded by radioactivity from every direction and the powerful EMF’s emit harmful radiation into the environment, whether you realize it or not. I am sharing this information to inform you about and protect you from toxic EMF’s and other environmental threats. The kind of threats are turning into a global health concern as the adverse effects of EMF radiation become more apparent and therefore should not be ignored. Further research is needed to rule out all possible health risks.
