A simple meal plan each day/week can help you achieve your overall desired health. Adopting a meal plan that works for you and your schedule and doing a little prep work ahead of time will produce a result that makes you happy. With prioritizing your meals, you are simplifying your life and planning ahead for a healthy future.

With so many meal plans to choose from, I have designed “On The Go Mason Jar Meal Plan” for those who are on the go, or with busy schedules. I offer many meal plan strategies, and this one takes about 30 minutes to prepare your meals for the week. Doing this, you will optimize your nutritional needs and adopt a healthy routine!

Easy As 1, 2, 3 !!!
Take about 30 min at the beginning of your week to prep your meals. Follow steps below:

  1. Pick up your produce for your daily/weekly meal prep.
  2. Wash, pat dry, dice into smaller sections, measure mix together.
  3. Store in 16 OZ mason jar. (can be prepped up to 4 meals in advance, if the food is saturated in dressing/s).
