Rising Warrior is designed to fire up the warrior inside of you! We welcome all levels of experience: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced into our healing space. Who’s in for some Yin? Each month, we celebrate our health with light stretching, healthy recipes, and you don’t want to miss this!

Jaclyn, a plant-based nutritionist, provides the tools to her community to gain confidence in the kitchen. Her plant-based recipes remain her cornerstone, which is the foundation of you and your support! All levels of experience welcomed: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced into our healing space. Now is your time to learn her secrets in the kitchen and celebrate healthy eating!

FULL BODY SCULPT YOGA & BODY CELL NUTRITION

Learn to sculpt your body with techniques to strengthen, lengthen, and tone muscles. Further your healing, by using varying yoga styles and nourishing your bodies with nutrient-dense easy plant-based brunch recipes. We welcome all levels of experience: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced into our healing space. You don’t want to miss this!

Jaclyn Rae, plant-based nutrition therapist, and owner of Jaclyn Creations is surrounded by her dream team of certified yoga instructors. Michelle is our certified Yin yoga instructor, and Janet is our certified body sculpt & Vinyassa, yoga instructor. Our team shares unconditional love, support, and passion for healing. Together we bring the duality of helping our community achieve holistic healing.

JACLYN RAE

Jaclyn Rae is a vegan health consultant from Portland Oregon and lives to help her clients with strategies to make their health a priority. Her experience in nutrition is the foundation of your support as well as lifestyle integration.

MICHELLE SHERIE

Healing starts from the mind, body, and soul. With Michelle’s background in Yin, her techniques help to activate your parasympathetic nervous system, with grounded stillness while staying mindful of the chaos. Restful poses open up space which loosens and releases aches and pains.

VINYASA | SCULPT YOGA

JANET MARTINEZ

Janet Martinez, a Los Angeles native, and animal lover started teaching yoga in 2013. After falling in love with yoga herself, she started teaching Vinyasa and sculpt yoga, and with both techniques, she enables individuals to find healing to support mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
