Final Sale

All items for SALE or promotion are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for store credit or exchange. All Apparel FINAL SALE. When purchasing from JaclynCreations.com, you are agreeing to our shop policies.

Gifts/E-Gifts

With special promotions, E-gifts are eligible with a personalized message, with a check box selected on the product page. You do the shopping and we send your β€œgift receiver” their gift!

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay, and Cash App, for payment options. Purchases made through the website, including, payments/installments/invoices sent via PayPal, include a 4% fee.

Domestic Shipping (max weight, 50 lbs)

We determine the shipping cost based on the combined weight and distance. Our standard rate for domestic shipping and handling is $25, which covers the base fee.Β This rate applies only within the continental United States. It does NOT include Alaska and Hawaii.

We do our best to describe every garment to the best of our ability as well as list measurements. Please allow time for processing, all items are exclusively made to order (MTO).

Merch – We Offer Standard Shipping

Allow up to 72 hours for processing after you have placed your order. MTO merchandise will arrive on your doorstep 7-14 business days after we process your order.

Class Cancellation Policies

Class credits, all single sessions, or loyalty members’ absence from classes are non-refundable. Please notify us 6-hours in advance, and adhere to the cancellation policy. Late Cancellations:For all classes, late cancellations will result in the loss of the class credit.Late Arrival / No-Show: For all classes, no-shows will result in the loss of the class credit.

Services Cancellation Policies

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice of appointment cancellations is required except in legitimate emergencies. Late Cancellations: You’ll be charged a $50 fee for the first absence and the full amount of the visit. Late Arrival / No Show: We regret that late arrivals or no-shows will not receive extensions of scheduled appointments. The full session fee will be charged.

After Hours

Appointments required during normal office hours (Mon – Friday after 6 pm) sessions may be assessed an emergency fee of an additional $250.00. For urgent concerns, calls made after hours will be billed an additional $250.00.

In The Time Of An Emergency

Calls should be made to 911 in a time of a true emergency. Do call 911 if you develop symptoms requiring emergency assistance such as difficulty breathing or shortness of breath. Persistent pain or pressure in the chest.

Overnight Oat Product Individual Samples

Our promotion, freebies, and product testing until stock run out! Terms and Conditions apply. There’s a rate of $10.50 for the Priority Mail (+) handling fee. This rate applies only within the continental United States. It does NOT include Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery.
