The health of our gut plays a large role in how we feel physically and mentally since more than 75% of percent of our immune system is in the gut. The balance between good and bad gut bacteria has the power to improve our wellbeing. It’s recommended that people with certain GI disorders consult a physician before taking any gastrointestinal (GI) supplements.

 

WHY DO WE LOVE THIS SUPERFOOD…?

Flax seeds contain antioxidants, which are a great source of omega-3s and phytonutrients. Great fiber-related polyphenols sustain us with antioxidant benefits for anti-aging, hormone balance, and cellular health.
