Oregon sets maximum fees for traditional notarial acts. Below are my standard fees; final fees will follow Oregon statutory limits where applicable.

  • Notarial act (acknowledgment, jurat, oath): $10.00 per signature (or statutory maximum). I provide a range of notarial services in compliance with Oregon law (ORS 194.400) and the Secretary of State’s fee schedule.

I can certify copies of original documents where legally permitted. All certified copy services are performed in compliance with Oregon statutory fee limits, ensuring that fees do not exceed the maximum allowed by state law (typically $10 per act).

Mobile notary service is available at your location. Travel fees are calculated as follows:

Flat travel fee: $35.00 (covers travel up to 10 miles from my base).
Additional mileage: $0.65 per mile for each mile over the included 10 miles.
Example: If travel distance is 18 miles, travel charge = $35.00 + (18 − 10) × $0.65 = $35.00 + $5.20 = $40.20.
Included miles can be adjusted based on service area.
