EASY AS 1, 2, 3…!!!

  1. Pick up your produce for your daily/weekly meal prep.
  2. Wash, pat dry, dice into smaller sections, and measure mix together.
  3. Store mason jar or air-tight container.
  4. Can store for up to 4 days if the food is not prepped with the use of dressing/s.

Healthy Tip: 16 oz mason jar holds up to 2 cups of solid food
