A simple meal plan each day/week can help you achieve your overall desired health. Adopting a meal plan that works for you and your schedule and doing a little prep work ahead of time will produce a result that makes you happy. By prioritizing your meals, you are simplifying your life and planning ahead for a healthy future.

With so many meal plans to choose from, I have designed the “On The Go Mason Jar Meal Plan” for those who are on the go, or with busy schedules. I offer many meal plan strategies, and this one takes a few minutes out of your busy day to prepare your meals for the week. By doing this, you will optimize your nutritional needs and adopt a healthy routine:

EASY AS 1, 2, 3…!!!

  1. Pick up your produce for your daily/weekly meal prep.
  2. Wash, pat dry, dice into smaller sections, measure mix together.
  3. Store mason jar or air tight container.
  4. Can store for up to 4 days if the food is not prepped with the use of dressing/s.

Healthy Tip: 16 oz mason jar holds up to 2 cups solid food
