I offer many meal plan strategies, and this one takes a few minutes out of your busy day to prepare your meals for the week. By doing this, you will optimize your nutritional needs and adopt a healthy routine:
EASY AS 1, 2, 3…!!!
- Pick up your produce for your daily/weekly meal prep.
- Wash, pat dry, dice into smaller sections, measure mix together.
- Store mason jar or air tight container.
- Can store for up to 4 days if the food is not prepped with the use of dressing/s.
Healthy Tip: 16 oz mason jar holds up to 2 cups solid food
