Just Peachy paired with superfood beet smoothie

Due to their rich fiber content, consuming beets can make you feel full with less food than other options, and their low-calorie nature makes them a healthy addition to a weight-loss diet. Beetroot contains important pigments called betalains, and both beets and peaches are high in potassium, which supports kidney health. Peaches have healing properties, including anti-fungal agents, fiber, and vitamin C, which aids in connective tissue formation. Combining these nutritious foods in our Just Peachy overnight oats and beet smoothie enhances oxygen circulation to muscles, allowing for prolonged performance at a higher level. According to the National Library of Medicine, beetroot juice’s stamina-boosting properties may extend exercise endurance by up to 16%.

Ingredients:

(Superfood beet smoothie)
1 frozen ripe banana
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1-2 cups coconut milk (optional or you can substitute your favorite plant-based milk)
2 tablespoons premium beetroot powder
1 Tbsp vegan sweetener (optional, I like to use Just Date Syrup)
Add to a food processor and blend until smooth consistency. Add additional milk for a smoother consistency.

Just Peachy Overnight Oats (topping)
Gluten-free oats*, freeze-dried peaches*, poppy seeds*, cinnamon spice*.

Instructions:
1. First, measure frozen strawberries and the rest of the ingredients. Add to a blender.
2. Then, add beet juice to the mixture and blend on the lowest setting. Doing this preserves powerful antioxidant ingredients.
