Paradise Smoothie 🌴

What an irresistible combination of flavors! This smoothie will sweep you off your feet and take you to paradise, with two feet in the sand! This offers the body an alkalizing effect, adding a nutritious way to kick start your day! Did you know that mango is considered one of the most popular sourced tropical fruits worldwide? Using my favorite tropical fruit, I came up with this brilliant way to Include this antioxidant-rich drink that will enhance your diet regimen, fuel your cells with energy, and expedite your metabolism. Consuming mangoes regularly, will not only help your body speed up the digestive process, but it can also aid in the repair of cells, brighten your skin, and aid against acne.

Healthy Tip: To enhance the flavors add Thai basil as topping or to mixture. Pre-preparation: remove Thai basil leaves from stalks. Slap against palm of hand to get their aromas going.


1/2 cup frozen mango
1 ripe banana (minimize sugar content; use avocado instead)
2 mandarin oranges (washed, peeled)
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds (ground)
1 tablespoon Flaxseeds (ground)
1 scoop of Pea protein
1 -3 cups Oat Milk (or your favorite nut milk)


1. First, wash produce and pat dry.
2. Next, peel the outer skin off the raw ingredients/fruits.
3. Add ingredients together in a blender. Turn on blender (lowest speed) preferred and blend till smooth.
4. Can include Thai basil as topping or toss into the blender with the rest of the mixture.
5. Enjoy!
