Chocolate Mousse Super Smoothie Bowl

This is a decadent treat for my chocolate lovers! Unlike any other dessert, this is a healthy food alternative that is 100% raw vegan and nutrient-dense. This recipe offers the body healthy carbs and healthy fats, which help promote healthy brain function. I am so excited to share this sinfully delicious treat for those who are wanting a tasty snack and can trick your thoughts in order to curb your cravings. My Chocolate Mousse Super Smoothie Bowl creation has amazing superfood toppings. I love to add a contrasting texture of crunchy superfoods as a topping over the top of its smooth mouse texture; in this recipe, I used Raw Cocoa Nibs, Raw Beet Powder, & Raw Coconut Flakes as my topping!

Ingredients:
1 ripe Banana
1 tablespoon Flax Seeds
1/2 Cup Raw Walnut Butter (or your favorite raw nut butter)
2 Tablespoons Raw Date Syrup (vegan sweetener)
2 Scoops Pea Protein (chocolate flavor)
1-2 Cups Hemp Milk (or your favorite nut milk)

(Super Food Toppings)
Raw Beet Powder
Cocoa Nibs
Raw Coconut Flakes

Instructions:
1. Remove banana peel and toss ripe banana into the blender.
2. Measure the remaining ingredients and add to the blender.
3. Turn the blender on low, and blend till smooth.
4. Add more nut milk to it if you like a smoother consistency.
5. Transfer the mixture from the blender into a bowl, and add your favorite superfood toppings.
6. Enjoy right away. Voila!
