Green tea is a popular tea among other tea drinkers and is known for its amazing healing abilities and used by many as an anti-inflammatory aid. In addition to its healing properties, green tea has the ability to fight free radicals, reverse the signs of aging, enable protein synthesis repair, and may reduce extra stress your body carries. (Nice cream recipe)
3 frozen ripe bananas
1/2 cup condensed coconut milk (optional or you can substitute your favorite plant-based milk)
2 tablespoons premium green tea matcha powder
1 Tbsp vegan sweetener (optional, I like to use Just Date Syrup)
Add to a food processor and blend until smooth consistency. Add additional milk for a smoother consistency.

Gluten-free oats, flaxseeds*, chia seeds*, hemp seeds*, freeze-dried berries*.
