Who are my green tea lovers? this is a special treat for you. Easily, prepared and ready in five minutes or less! This happens to be one of my NEW favorite energy-boosting recipes, and that is why I wanted to share the deliciousness with all of you! The use of healthy omegas from the avocado fruit gives a creamy and smooth consistency. Green tea is widely used in the world and is known to help support our entire body. It has antioxidant-rich cancer-fighting properties, anti-inflammatory agents, and powerful DNA repairing compounds. This recipe is much like a Matcha latte but in a smoothie formation. You can enjoy it as breakfast, snack, or healthy post-workout smoothie to enhance your protein synthesis repair.

1/2 cup frozen Avocado
1 cup frozen mango
2 scoops Pea Protein
2 tsp pure Matcha Powder (I love to use The Jasmine Pearl Tea Co. Brand)
2-3 cups Oat Milk (or your favorite nut milk)
1. Measure ingredients and toss them into a blender and blend till smooth.
