Powerful Healing Golden Milk

1/4 tea-spoon ground turmeric root (ground)
1/4 tea-spoon ground ashwagandha root (ground)
1/4 tea-spoon cardamom seed (ground)
1/4 tea-spoon vanilla bean (powder/ground)
A pinch of cracked black pepper
8 oz Non-dairy milk
- First measure non dairy milk.
- Next, using a small sauce pan, heat up non-dairy milk on low.
- Simmer milk, add spices, and stir occasionally.
- Remove from heat.
- Mix until evenly until smooth consistency.
