This plants healing capabilities are able to help soothe stomach muscles, reduce nausea inflicted by anxiety.

The healing properties of mint plant are known increase digestion, soothe pain, relax the body and mind, cure bad breath, aids in weight loss, contains analgesic properties and boosts overall immunity.

For example, cinnamon’s healing properties are known to reduce yeast production (candida albicans), the fungus responsible for yeast infections and urinary-tract infections.
