Spiced Cardamom Breakfast Bowl Galore
This dish is full of vibrant fruit flavors and bursts of chewy, sweet, spices’. The ingredients are rich in fiber, vitamin C, potassium, magnesium, zinc, and calcium. Not only are oats full of antioxidants and nutritious ingredients they are known to promote healthy blood pressure and circulation. I love hot cereal, especially with the twist of being able to add as many toppings or sweeteners as you prefer. However, I like to keep the ingredients used very simple, as the flavors can overpower the natural sweet aromas.
